Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Notice – I did not say Happy Turkey Day.  Today is not Turkey Day, and it is one of my pet peeves when people call it Turkey Day.  Calling it Turkey Day completely loses the true meaning of the day.  So please don’t call it Turkey Day.  Also, make sure you celebrate the true meaning of the day – to stop and reflect on all that we have to be thankful for.  Even those that don’t think they have much, if they stop and compare to what many others have in other countries — there is so much for us to be thankful for.  We live in a country where we are free and can celebrate how we want and when we want, we can worship God (who gives us all we have to be thankful for) how we want — and if we want.  So remember — on Thanksgiving — celebrate being thankful – and then you can enjoy your turkey!
